The information you share
Announcement signup stores your email address, optional name, selected notification topics, subscription status, and the dates you give and confirm consent. Contact messages store the name, email, and message you submit so the organizer can respond.
Your information is available to authorized organizers. Subscriber addresses are not displayed on the public site. If email delivery is enabled, the mailing service processes messages on our behalf.
Your choices
Joining the announcement list is optional and does not reserve a place at a game. Announcement emails include a link to manage notification preferences and a separate unsubscribe-from-everything link. You can request a private one-use preferences link without creating an account. It expires after 30 minutes. Saving preferences does not confirm a pending address or reactivate an unsubscribed address. You can also open notification preferences here. To ask about your information or request its removal, use the contact form.
Images and cookies
Room concept images are labelled as illustrations. Organizer sign-in uses a necessary session cookie. This version does not add advertising or tracking analytics.
